This tart and spicy tea is made with a combination of sabdriffa hibiscus, cinnamon, and cloves.
Sabdriffa hibiscus is high in vitamin C and also has a diuretic quality. The flavor is tart and fruity.
Cinnamon is aromatic and warming to the body and is helpful when balancing blood sugar.
Cloves are very high in anti-bacterial properties
The combination of sweet and spicy will warm your body from the inside out, perfect if you have a cold or an internal coldness.
This tea is great unsweetened, but adding honey will sweeten it up if you prefer. When brewed it creates a lovely magenta color.
