Cosmetic clays are a wonderful way to exfoliate and detox the face. When you add a single or combination of wet ingredients to the clay it will stir up into a pudding-like texture. Applying this mud to your face and allowing it to dry, will tighten pores, remove toxins, and improve circulation. It’s a great way to get a glowing and youthful complexion.
If your skin is oily add wet ingredients that are acidic: orange juice, pineapple juice, and/or vinegar.
If your skin is mature, dry, or sensitive add creamy liquids: milk, yogurt, and/or mashed avocado.
Measure out about 1 teaspoon of clay into a small bowl. Mix just enough wet ingredients (ex: water, orange juice, milk, vinegar, avocado, or yourt, depending upon your skin type) to create
