Citric Acid (AHA)
Citric Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid that naturally occurs in citrus fruits like lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruits. It has the ability to exfoliate the skin without the use of abrasive ingredients (aka chemical peels). Citric acid is known to assist with the reduction of wrinkles by softening defining lines and by improving the overall look and feel of the skin.
Morena Pure Cane Sugar
Our Sugar Scrub has a medium ground sugar. We use Morena Pure Cane Sugar which is all-natural, unrefined, non-gmo sugar that holds a GOCLEANLABEL certification. The term “Morena” refers to the light golden color. It has not been processed to remove the color or nutrients. Morena sugar is also KMD Kosher Pareve.
